• September 2008 - Infomational meeting with Lifeline Children's Services
• November 2008 - Decision to adopt from Peru
• May 13, 2009 - Mailed application to Lifeline Children's Services to pursue adoption from Peru
• June 2009 - Switch to domestic adoption
• August 4, 2009 - Domestic home study begins
• October 13, 2009 - Change back to Peru adoption
• October 19, 2009 - International home study begins
• January - Change to contract home study with Lifeline
• January/February - Moved to Villa Hope as placing agency
• February 17, 2010 - Last home study visit
• April 2010 - Final draft of home study finished
• May/June 2010 - Home study mailed to USCIS
• June 2010 - USCIS approval
• June/July 2010 - Psych evaluation/biometrics/dossier prep
• August 2010 - VH mails dossier to Peru
• August 25, 2010 - received email about 4 siblings
• August 31, 2010 - Peru reports too young to adopt 4 siblings
• September 9, 2010 - Dossier submitted to SNA
• November 8, 2010 - Peru contacts VH asking if we want 4 siblings
• December 15, 2010 - Peru declines letter of intent for 4 siblings
• December 31, 2010 - Received list of priority children
• January 3, 2011 - Request information of 3 siblings
• January 18, 2011 - Received reference card for 3 siblings
• January 21, 2011 - Mailed letter of intent to adopt 3 siblings
• February 24, 2011 - Consejo placement of 3 siblings
• May 7, 2011 - Approval to travel
• May 15, 2011 - Leave for Peru
• June 8, 2011 - Arrive in back USA
