I cannot wait to show you these pictures. I even might have (almost) pushed a kid out of the way to get it! See my mom and Destin came to visit this weekend and we went back to Buffalo Park. They haven't been there and it's fun.

We had wild time together and even heard the lioness roar. This time Breanna even fed the giraffe! Amazing! She did multiple times, but only because I kept making her because the other rowdy children kept getting in the way of my dream photo.

There is Breanna's little brown fingers feeding the giraffe. Giraffe's have the longest tongues I have ever seen. He wrapped his tongue all the way around the little girl's hand to get the food. It was disgusting and hilarious all at the same time!

 

 

This pic cracks me up. It was the only on I could get of her face. (again the swarming children)

Can you see it? Her tongue is sticking out ever so slightly as she put the puts the food on his tongue! What a riot! 

 

 

 

We did all the normal things you do at the Buffalo Park. Fed animals.

Rode the ponies.

 

 

 

 

There was some playing on the playground and a trolley ride.

 

Ben spent the day at with some friends at their baseball tournament. Brent got the lovely task of a five hour meeting at church and played some basketball for Relay for Life afterwards.

 

It was a great day!
