Thankful Tree, Part 2
Here is our Thankful Tree:
Apparently I do not own a hole punch. I'm not sure how I have made it 2.5 years with kids without a hole punch, but I did. I snatched one from the church. (shhhh!) (don't worry, it'll go back)
I tend to skip over directions and had all the leaves around the vase and Breanna mentioned that we should have the leaves on the tree to take them off instead of backwards. Yeah.
We've missed a few days from being out of town.
So far the thankful list includes:
family, friends, coats, clothes, crayons, school, trees, our dentist,
our house, iPod, sleep, tickles, and clean baseboards.
I took the girl's shopping for our Operation Christmas Child box last week. We prayed for our box before entering Wal-Mart. On that note, maybe I should pray every time before I enter the Wal-Mart war zone!
I love to hear the girl's pray. Super sweet, honest, and simple. I wish I had recorded their prayers.
They were so excited. Especially Elizabeth. Breanna wanted to buy everything on the list. Somehow we managed to fit everything into a box with hopes that the rubber band will keep the top on! (fingers crossed!)
We are going to track our box. I can't wait to see where it winds up!
