Goin' to the chapel…..

Well not me. Been there. Done that. Got the gown.  Our lovely roomie, Kate is the one headed down the aisle in a few short months! She will actually be getting married under the canopy of trees in the Grove and not so much a chapel, but the song is fun!

In the meantime, wedding frenzy is about to kick into high gear! While Zack is finishing up his last rotation at a hospital, Kate is traveling back and forth for her many wedding showers, packing and planning, and working on school work. I don't even think she will have time to sleep for the next two months!

Kate and Brent spent Sunday afternoon working on the doors for the wedding. Yes. Doors! There are old doors at my house that are going to be transformed into a great vintage structure for the entrance to the wedding aisle! It's so exciting.

As you can see these doors are required a full overhaul. Sanding off four layers of paint, a half a bottle of wood glue, 6 clamps to hold the broken pieces together, screws, and a plethora of patience are all required while transforming doors.
